The secret to super lightness - umbrella fabric & ribs
AMVEL Japan uses umbrella fabric made in Taiwan with 15 denier fine yarn (hair is about 35 denier thick).
They apply the cross-weave method of parachute fabric to the umbrella fabric, keeping it thin, making it easier to fold than ordinary umbrella fabric, yet strong and durable!
The umbrella ribs are made from a combination of light and strong carbon fiber and aluminum, achieving perfect weight reduction.
It does not sacrifice other functions due to the lightness of the umbrella.
Not only thin and light, but also super water repellent
The umbrella fabric is further treated with a water repellent coating, EASY-DRY.
Nano-technology integrates the waterproof coating deep into the fibers, causing rainwater to form beads and roll off the umbrella!
Just a few shakes and the water beads are gone, the umbrella dries incredibly fast!
